These patterns are all in the key of C Major, try to learn them in other keys, starting with say F and G Major and gradually work through all the sharp and flat keys until you can play the comfortably in all 12 Major keys. this will take time so one step at a time and be patient. The patterns are made up from broken chords and segments of the appropriate mode for the chord. Note the voice leading, the 7th of one chord often moving down by a step to the 3rd of the following chord. Accents are in various places but often on the upbeat and remember to accent the final note of each phrase and slightly shorten it. Start by just playing the root not for each chord with the left hand and then try alternating Root and 7th with Root and 3rd. Practise using a Metronome starting at a slow tempo and gradually getting faster.

Now try making your own patterns up, try to lead smoothly from one chord to another and in one direction don't go up or down for too long. These are of course exercises, you should always practising improvising as well and you will find that parts of these patterns will start to pop up in your improvisations.
